Summary: The rooms were not very clean. We switched rooms because the bathroom floors were dirty. The second room was not much better. It definitely needs updating, and the sofa was super uncomfortable. The kitchenette was lacking many dishes and the pots and pans were disgustingly dirty best part of the hotel was the outdoor pool, but the barbecue area was loaded with people, smoking marijuana and it made it unpleasant. We smell of marijuana in our rooms. I think next time we will look for a different hotel. And the TVs did not offer anything but basic cable and we weren’t able to watch Netflix in the evenings.

Summary: Cresthill Suites are great!! Room had to be changed 4 times. 2x no ac, 3rd someone was already checked in. 4th room was perfect. Request a 1st floor room your safe!

Summary: They did not have the room we reserved, so we were stuck with a king instead of 2 doubles. Room was not very clean and reeked of cannabis. It still smelled in the morning even with the windows open all night in early April. Would absolutely NOT recommend.

Summary: The room was nice and clean. The staff was kind and helpful. We stay down in East Syracuse a few times a year and have had horrible luck finding a room that is not only affordable but clean and convenient. We will definitely be staying here for all our future trips. The breakfast was delicious and I loved that they offered things to purchase right from the convenience of the hotel. The grounds were beautiful and the pool was clean and inviting.

Summary: What a fantastic place to stay! We will most definitely stay here again! We had a one bedroom suite that felt like being at home. For the first time on my trip cross country I could relax as if I was home. I wish my stay had been longer.

Summary: We booked a stay due to being in town for a concert. We arrived to our room approx 1 am after the show. The hotel appeared to be fully booked. When we turned down the bed we saw stains showing through the bed sheet. The mattress was stained with what appeared to be old blood. Needless to say we slept on the couch and chair in the other room. Crest hill… you can do better! Would not recommend.
